• Personality

  • Independent; capable and sufficient in taking care of herself.
  • Relaxed; rarely goes to emotional extremes; enjoys a comfortable pace.
  • Confident; knows what she likes and wants; isn't afraid to speak her mind.
  • Aware of her limits and weaknesses; knows when she's bitten off more than she can chew.

  Persephone was raised to be independent, hard-working, and self-aware. She is a bit of a hedonist, believing that her satisfaction and pleasure take precedence, but knows that work comes first. Even if its tedious and annoying, she'll get it done now rather than worry later. Perse is notoriously flexible; no matter how last minute the change, it's not often she has trouble adjusting. She is often spontaneous, and it's not uncommon for her to decide on something else in a heartbeat. Perse hates conflicts, and is almost always the neutral mediator. She is a firm believer in treating as she is treated, and tends to abide by an "eye for an eye" mentality.

  • Secretive; often gives half-truths to protect herself.
  • Loose morality; doesn't believe her actions are inherently good or evil, with a few exceptions.

  True to her introverted nature, Perse despises being in large groups for extended periods of time. She will never give out the finer details of herself to people she doesn't know; it's rare for people she "trusts," too. It doesn't help that her moral compass is a broken one. Outside of the pitifully few exceptions, she rarely believes herself to be inherently good or evil, and is hardly and altruist. Perse is very slow to trust - regardless how open and welcoming her words may seem. She will do what it takes to further her own desires, and has no trouble playing dirty when needed. Believing in a high level of personal freedom, she doesn't like the police. She will never cooperate beyond what's absolutely necessary.
  
  Overall: Persephone gives what she gets; works hard enough so she can play hard; and has issues with figures of authority. She's generally an amicable person; she enjoys polite conversations over a drink. While hedonistic and independent, she's prone to being self-centered and unforgiving.

• Trivia

  • Persephone, unsurprisingly, has an outstanding singing voice. She rarely sings in public, but can often be heard humming. She can also play the piano very well. She didn't want to at first; her mother made her go to lessons, and it grew on her.
  • She prefers the sounds of string and woodwind instruments. Any music, if played well, is good enough for her.
  • She has a four-year old butter pastel Ball Python and a eight year old Pineapple Green Cheek Conure. She adores birds and reptiles.
